    Procrastination can definitely be linked to mental well-being. It often arises from factors like stress, overwhelm, anxiety, or perfectionism, which can affect your motivation and productivity. While it might not always be classified as a mental health disorder, it can be a symptom of deeper issues such as burnout or anxiety.

    To overcome procrastination, try these strategies:

    Break tasks into smaller steps – Large tasks can feel overwhelming, so focus on manageable chunks.
    Use the 2-minute rule – If something will take two minutes or less, do it immediately.
    Set priorities – Start with high-impact tasks (the most important or time-sensitive ones).
    Incorporate breaks – Practice the Pomodoro technique (work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break).
    Practice self-compassion – Avoid harsh self-criticism, which can fuel more procrastination.
